Castle Buildings is seen as one of Belfast’s finest examples of art nouveau architecture, with its highly ornamented green and cream facade, and now, after a long period of vacancy, the listed building is being turned in to apartments.

We will be responsible for the supply, installation and commissioning of the natural smoke ventilation systems. This will ensure the safety of residents in the event of a fire.

Minimal intervention will be made to the fabric of the building, and so the three proposed apartments will be housed within the stunning historical architecture this building is known for. We can't wait to see them once completed.
